Being an Ouran fan myself, this question is fun to answer!
Personally, I think either the actual Hunny wig (choice 1) or choice number two would be best. The others don't really look like him.. (Especially number 4!)

As for choice number two, you would be able to get the wig in blond, right? Also, if you can, try and move some of the hair forward, so you have some bangs. Or use your own hair, or use another part of a wig. You just need some bangs. lol. Hope that helped!
