If the Gulls are to resurface again in some form in the future it probably not be in the ECHL. The owners of the team was required to pay housing for all the players and did not have enough control over keeping the players because of being the lower level of NHL feeder leagues. Also the Sports Arena would need to have some work done inside to make it attractive to new owners. Though it does seem interesting that all 3 teams (Riptide - Arena Football League 2, Sockers - Indoor Soccer League, Gulls - ECHL) that were in the Arena have folded and the decision not to replace the Sports Arena.
Which San Diego park has ducks you can feed? My children love ducks!! We couldn't find any and fed sea gulls.?
I do not want to buy a duck. I want to find some my children can feed without having to commit to buying a duck. Why buy the duck when you have the feathers. "Do you understand the words that are coming out of my mouth" as Chris Tucker would say. Look what you made me do? You made me quote Chris Tucker. At any rate, yeah, that's what I'm looking for, a park with a pond, either real or synthetic with ducks to feed. Thank you.
you really shouldn't feed wild ducks, especially bread. bread holds no nutritional value for them and can harm them, even to the point of when it becomes fatal. also, they fill up on the bread and then they don't eat the food they NEED that holds nutritional value for them, which could harm them. also, they could become dependent on people and then they would be "sitting ducks" for predators, even people. if they depend on people for their food, they might not find their own food which could leave to starvation when the people aren't there to give them food they really shouldn't be eating. if your children love ducks that much, buy one. i own four and they are amazing little guys. they make me laugh and smile everyday and i love them so much. also, you could find a pond with ducks, just don't feed them, just watch them.
