Roller Derby roller skates - help needed?
Can't seem to find any info on these so hopefully someone can point me in the right direction.
They're by "Roller Derby", it's a ROLLER SKATE (not rollerblade / in-line skate) with 2 wheels in the back, 2 in the front, a bumper / brake at the end.
Black boot, yellow wheels. Lace-up design (7 eyelets) and then a power strap, like on early versions of Rollerblade Lightning and TRS skates. Not sure about the bearings, but they spin about like an Abec-3.
I haven't skated in roller skates in many years. Any tips?
Low-top, as if desgined for a goalie. Not seeing a model number anywhere, but inside the boot it says "All man made materials. Made in Taiwan R.O.C." (Republic of China, for those who are wondering.)
