bones speed cream for skate bearings.?
yeah so i just bought this cream crap because the guy behind my skateshop's counter said it was awesome. and it was free 
i really dont know how to use it. the direction aren't very good. i dont know how to take aprt my bearing let alone take it apart, clean and lube it and put it back togethor. so maybe i u can give me a link to better direction with pictures if possible. main reason i dont get the directions is the termonology used for the bearing parts
no thats stupid. im trying to lube the little balls inside the bearings. and these are black panthers with rubber plates, it isnt just gonna find its way in there.
taking apart bearings are EASY. take a small pin and stick it between the rubber shield and the outside of the bearing, and pry gently up. the shield should pop out of place, exposing the ball bearings. if it doesn't, try a different spot.
then you put two or three drops evenly around the ball bearings, spin it, and just push the shield back into place. make sure it snaps all the way around. there you go!

(10ptz) Skate bearing cleaning and lubricating questions?
I want to clean and lubricate my skate bearings.
I saw some tutorials, but I wanted to have a definitive and detailed answer.
(Yes, I know that you need to pop the shield and make them stationary while the fluid goes through the bearings... )
How am I supposed to clean them?
Do I need to let the bearings in the cleaning fluid overnight?
What can I use to clean them? Can I use alcohol? Does it cause any damage?
And I need to lubricate them too. I don't have money to afford a Bones Speed Cream lube (brazilian ¬¬) and I know it's two drops (or just one for Bones Super Swiss 6) for each bearing, but I need to know if...
Can I use liquid vaseline? Or lubricating oil?
Will they lubricate well? Will they cause any damage?

BTW, I've heard that WD40 ruins the metal... I won't be risking my bearings with it...
I forgot to ask. Can I lube them with silicone spray?
You need 2 glass or stainless steel jars, 1 needs a lid.
Paper coffee filter
Paper towels
Alcohol works well as a cleaner. If I remember, Brazil uses alcohol for motor fuel. That will work fine; otherwise get denatured alcohol from the hardware store.
Put the bearings in the jar and cover with the alcohol. Shake gently.
Leave the bearings in the alcohol for about 15 minutes, or longer if they are very dirty. Shake several times during the soaking.
Take the bearings out of the jar and give each of them a spin. If they still look dirty, then they need to be soaked again. Fold the filter into quarters to make a funnel and filter the alcohol in ti the other jar. If the first jar has dirt in the bottom, rinse it out, then dry it with a paper towel.
Put the alcohol back in the jar with the lid. Use this to soak the bearings again if necessary or save for the next use. The alcohol can be reused several times before discarding.
Put them on the paper towel and let them dry for about 15 minutes. Spin them vigorously several times to get all the alcohol out. If a bearing does not spin freely, look for rust. If rusty, then the bearing needs to be replaced. No rust, repeat the cleaning process.
It's best to lube the bearings with skateboard bearing lube. You can also use bike bearing lube (Tri-Flow), sewing machine oil other light machine oil. Don't use penetrating oil, it evaporates quickly.
Silicone spray works only a short time before evaporating. Spray lubes don't accurately lubricate as well as drop in types and the sprays can get lubricant on the outside of the bearing, which might cause it to slip out of the wheel.
